Returns & Exchanges
At T2 Tea, we want you to love your brew; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please note that for food safety reasons, all tea products must be returned in their original, unopened heat-sealed packaging.
Return Process
- 1.Check Eligibility
Ensure your tea is unopened with the seal intact and teaware is in its original packaging with all components included.
- 2.Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to generate a prepaid shipping label or find your nearest T2 store.
- 3.Pack and Post
Securely pack your items to prevent breakage during transit and drop off your package at any authorized postal location using the provided label.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
